PRODUCTS

Do you have a showroom room?
Our website is our showroom, all our products are available for purchase here. We do our best to keep our website up to date with all our new designs. If you would like to see our invitations in person we can arrange a consultation for our Melbourne & Ballarat customers. We also have samples which are available for purchace. For more information about our samples please visit our sample section.

Do you have a minimum order?
We do have a minimum order Quantity of 25* for digital printing and 50** for ECO-Friendly printing. This applies to most of our Wedding and Baby stationery items. Please be sure to order the minimum order quantity or above when you purchase a product to ensure that your order is processed.

* Items with a minimum of 25 are printed by our professional digital printer (toner based) only really large orders will be printed using out Eco-Friendly printer.

Why do you have a minimum order for some products and not for others?
This is because we send our stationery to professional digital printers to ensure the Quality of our products. We have worked out that it is the most economical way to print. It would cost the same to print 10 as it would to print 50 using our ECO- friendly printer. We can arrange to print smaller quantities with a minimum of 25. Please contact us prior to ordering small Quantities.

Most of our Boutique Stationery items and non-customised items have been printed in bulk. This means that we can have more than one item in stock and allows us break them up into small packs or a single item.

Can I make alterations to an existing design?
We offer a custom colour and font service with a small fee to cover artwork time. We can also change the wording on your stationery for no extra cost.

Can you create a custom design to suit my theme or colours?
Yes we offer a bespoke service where we will work with you to create your perfect stationery design. Please visit our bespoke section for more information about the design process and pricing.

Do you provide samples of your stationery?
We do have samples available for purchase for our wedding and baby stationery range. These samples are printed by our professional digital toner printer so that you can have a look at the design in person.

We do not offer samples printed by our Eco-Friendly as the cost of printing one off stationery items is to high. However we do offer a custom colour chart printed by our ECO- friendly printer so that you can choose the right colour for your stationery.
We also offer paper samples for you to have a look at. Our samples are provided in your chosen colour and have generic fonts and wording.

Do you print the guest names on the invitations?
We can include your guest's name on invitations, place cards and other items for 65¢ placement fee per item. Please select the Guest name option as you require. (found on the product purchase page) when adding stationery to the shopping cart.

What will my stationery look like if I do not have guest names printed?
We will leave a blank space or a line for you to have your guest names hand written. Please be sure to test that your pen will not smudge or bleed on the paper before you start writing your guest names. We suggest that you order an extra 5-15 invitations for mistakes and last minute guests.

Are envelopes included with your stationery?
Envelopes are included with stationery such as wedding invitations, baby announcements and well as greeting cards. We do not supply envelopes for items such as enclosure cards direction and maps. If you are unsure if your chosen stationery includes envelopes please check our product description page to see what’s included with your purchase. Or contact us directly.

Do you print the guest names on the envelopes?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service at this time. We believe that a hand written envelope has so much more meaning and has a personal feel when received.

Do you seal the envelopes with the stationery in them?
No we do not seal your stationery in envelopes. We provide all your stationery loose so that you can check your stationery and place extra items in the envelopes if you wish. We find this easier than having you open each envelope to check your guest names.

How do I supply the information for my stationery?
In the manual order or we will send you the correct forms to fill out once your order has been received. It is important that you fill out these forms and email them to us as soon as possible. The sooner we receive them the sooner we can set your artwork up for print. Please be sure to type text exactly as you wish it to appear as this goes directly to print.

How long does it take to make my stationery?

Wedding Stationery
It takes 4-6 weeks to create your Wedding invitations. This depends on how quickly we receive your supplied information, how busy we are at the time of purchase as well as what type of invitation you have ordered. Please be aware that our handmade invitations may take longer as we will need to assemble them buy hand after we receive digital prints from our printers.

Our other stationery items take 2-4 weeks to process. These include order of service covers, place cards, menus etc.

Bespoke service, we will send you an email with an estimated completion date.

Baby Stationery
Personalised items will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks of your order depending on the size of your order and our digital printers.

Non-personalised items will be dispatched within 1-5 days depending on our stock levels.

Bespoke service, we will send you an email with an estimated completion date.

Boutique store
-Non-Personalised items will be dispatched within 1-5 working days depending on stock levels. You will be notified if an item is not in stock.

-Personalised items will be dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on our printers.

How will my stationery be printed?
All our stationery is printed on a professional digital press we do not print your stationery ourselves. You can be assures that the items you are purchasing will be of the highest Quality.

How do I approve my stationery for print?
We will email you a PDF Proof for your approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof please email or mail your signed approval to Bianca Stanton. Your artwork will not be sent to print until we have received your approval.

ORDERING

How do I place an order?
Online using our shopping cart or you can submit a manual order that will need to be processed. Please see our How to order section.

Do you Provide a rush order service?
Yes we can. We provide a rush order service and express post service. Please contact us for pricing and more information.

Can I order more invitations after my order has been completed?
You can order more invitations after your order has been completed although you will

need to order the minimum order amount or a surcharge will apply. We advise that you order about 5-15 extra invitations for mistakes made when writing guest names and last minute guests.

If you do need to order more invitations please contact us prior to ordering.

When should I order my wedding stationery?
Please order your wedding invitation sets 2-3 months before your invitation send out date to ensure that you receive your invitations before this date. Your invitation send out date should be about 8-10 weeks before your wedding to allow for guest to reply.

Should I order extra invitations?
Yes. Please be sure to order 5-15 extra invitations for mistakes made when writing guest names and last minute guests.

Can I cancel an order?
You have a 24 hour cooling off period from the time we receive your order where if you change your mind you can request to have your order withdrawn. After this 24 hour period your order will be processed and we will start work on your stationery once full payment has been made. If you need to cancel your order after this point, a fee will be charged depending on how far your ordered had been processed. Once the design is approved you can no longer cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order please email us immediately at bianca@marbiastudios.com.au and we will do our best to cancel an order. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed although we may be able to offer you a part refund please see below for more information.

PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments Through PayPal or direct bank transfers

Direct bank deposit
This is available for Australian residents only. You will need to submit a manual order via email. Please refer to our How to order section for more information about manual orders.

PayPal
This allows you to use your credit card for online purchases. You do not need to have a pay pal account to use our PayPal shopping cart only a credit card. Please be sure to leave a mailing address phone number and email address with your order we will only contact you in regards to your order.

How do I order if I do not have a credit card?
