HOW TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS IN GROUPS
When ordering please make sure to order products in the following groups together.
We recommend that you do not order all your stationery at once because your guest numbers will not be finalised until the RSVP date. You should order your invitations & invitation accessories and once guest numbers have been finalised then order your wedding service and reception stationery. This can also save you money by not having to order extra items which may not be needed.
GROUPED ITEMS
We ask that you purchase these items together to save you money as our printers
charge a setup fee of $75 and this may be charged more than once if these items are
not purchased together.
• Wedding invitations and invitation accessories
Invitations, RSVP cards, gift registry cards, wishing well cards and any other items you would like to send out with your invitations. Need to be ordered at the same time to avoid a $75 set up fee.
• All other wedding stationery
Menu cards, Menu covers, Place Cards, Order of service covers, Bonbonniere Gift Tags, Thank You Cards and other items you will use on your wedding day. Need to be ordered at the same time to avoid a $75 or higher set up fee.
MANUAL ORDERS
Please download our manual order form and fill out all the details required. If you do not require an item please leave that section blank. Accessories can be ordered later.
You have a 24 hour cooling off period from the time we receive your order where if you change your mind you can request to have your order withdrawn. After this 24 hour period your order will be processed and an invoice will be sent to you in requesting payment in your chosen payment method. No work will be started before full payment has been made. Once full payment has been made we will start work on your stationery. If you need to cancel your order after this point a fee will be charged depending on how far your ordered had been processed. Once your stationery has been sent to print we can no longer supply a refund as we will need to cover our time and the printing costs.

ONLINE ORDERS

Please browse through our stationery collection and add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Please be sure to adjust the quantity of each item in the shopping cart making sure to order our minimum Quantity or above for each item.
